Local community colleges offer drive-up WiFi to students

San Mateo County community college students can now drive onto campuses to access free Wi-Fi to attend online classes or do schoolwork.

Students currently enrolled at Cañada College, College of San Mateo and Skyline College can reserve a parking space in Drive-Up Wi-Fi lots at any of the colleges, according to the San Mateo County Community College District.

To reserve a spot, students need to pick a campus, fill out the form, print or download their Eventbrite ticket, and follow the instructions.

“Restrooms are available, and students have in/out privileges all day,” officials said.
