Redwood City’s own Karla Kane to perform at Downtown Library

in A&E/Community

Redwood City resident and indie pop-rocker Karla Kane is scheduled to perform live at the Downtown Library on Jan. 25.

The event will take place in the Fireplace Room of the library at 1044 Middlefield Road from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Kane and Khoi Huynh will perform Kane’s new record “King’s Daughters Home for Incurables.”

Francis Dickerson, of Stanford Radio, KZSU, has described the rocker as “an indie pop-rock goddess with an out-of-this-world voice; a gift for writing clever, omniscient lyrics; and an always sunny personality that comes shining through in her songs.”
