The 10th Annual Teen Film Festival, sponsored by the San Mateo County Libraries, is now open for entries.
Eligible teens must be in 5th to 12th grade, and films can be no longer than 10 minutes and must contain appropriate content. Guidelines can be found here.
The film entries are due on Wednesday, Feb. 28 by 11:59 p.m. The San Mateo County Library Film Festival will be held at the Belmont Library on Saturday, March 10 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. for High School films and Sunday, March 11 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. for middle school films.
