Popular Woodside Deli reopens after remodel

in Community/Featured/Headline by

Customers are cheering after the popular Woodside Deli at 1453 Woodside Road reopened for business last week following a remodel.

The business, which has been serving sliced meats, salads, custom-built sandwiches and specialty products imported from Italy since 1958, closed for the remodel early this year and reopened last week.

Woodside Deli received a warm reception on its Facebook page, where hundreds of people liked or loved its post announcing the reopening. Dozens of comments poured in, including one featuring a meme stating “Hallelujah.”

Business owners told us, “It’s been busy. There’s some pent-up demand finally being fulfilled.”

“Thank you, WD community, for a warm welcome back,” they posted on Facebook this past Friday.

  1. Wow so happy this place is open again what a great place to pull over the old dumpster truck for a good sandwich.

Seeing as I’m always on the road the proximity to 280 sure helps when I’m getting off work.
