Redwood City releases Holly Jolly Homes Map

in Community

The winners of Redwood City’s first holiday home decorating contest have been announced, and organizers have also released a map of 50 homes featuring holiday displays for folks interested in driving by to see them.

Gifts cards and gift baskets for the winners came courtesy of Dehoff’s Key Market, Harry’s Hofbrau, Prima Deli, Milagros and Colombo’s Woodside Deli.

Neighbors featured on the Holly Jolly Homes Map agreed to share their decorations, and city officials are asking residents who are driving to stay in their cars while viewing the holiday displays. Those walking are urged to wear a mask and socially distance. In San Carlos, the decorated two blocks on Eucalyptus Street has been criticized as a pandemic safety concern for drawing crowds.
