Peninsula Family Service’s Hillsborough Auxiliary welcomes the community to help lives bloom via its upcoming virtual “Enchanted Garden Gala” that will support the San Mateo-based nonprofit’s vital work throughout the Peninsula.
Set for April 24 at 7 p.m., the Enchanted Garden Gala will be “presented virtually in all our gardens,” per the auxiliary, which will have dinner by St. Clair’s Catering delivered to the doorsteps of participating supporters and music by Rebecca DuMain and the Dave Miller Combo.
A $350 ticket includes a two-person dinner box with a choice of Wagu Short Ribs, Halibut or a Vegetarian main course and one selection among red/white wines or a non-alcoholic beverage. A 32-ounce vodka-based Botanical Breeze cocktail and a floral arrangement are also offered at an additional charge. The auxiliary is also making a limited number of single tickets available for $175.
Donation drawing tickets are being offered for $100 per ticket, including prizes such as $2,000 gift certificate from local stores including Kerns Fine Jewelry, Sam Malouf Authentic Luxury and The Studio Shop; a year of quarterly seasonal floral arrangements by Sarah Padilla Designs; four bottles of wine from Round Pond Estates; and a Drunk Elephant sought-after Trunk 4.0, namely a Monos carry-on suitcase packed with ten Drunk Elephant skincare products and samples.
