Burlingame unveils ‘Music in the Park’ summer concert dates

Anyone feeling up for some live music in the park? The City of Burlingame’s Parks & Recreation Dept. has announced the dates for “Music in the Park” Friday nights at Washington Park from 6-8 p.m.

According to the City, the summertime concerts will be socially distant with limited capacity of 400 people. Registration is required in advance to attend; it’s $5 per person (children 2 and under are free) and includes a dedicated space for you and your group (only one registration is needed per group). Concerts will adhere to current state, county and local health regulations.

Here’s the band lineup for Music in the Park this summer:

June 19: The Sun Kings (Beatles tribute)

July 9: The Houserockers (Rock & Soul)

July 23: New American Villains (Modern & Classic Rock)

August 9: Pride & Joy (R & B & Soul).

As of today, San Mateo, Redwood City and San Carlos haven’t announced whether or not they plan to resume their live music in the park events.
