The ‘City of Good Living’ is bringing back Music in the Park this summer with a twist: the concerts will be held on the field at Burton Park in San Carlos to provide attendees with more room for physical distancing, according to the San Carlos Parks & Recreation Department.
The free concerts, which are sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos, will kick off Fri., July 9 from 6-8 p.m. with Carnaval, a tribute to Santana. Here’s the rest of the summertime concert lineup at the same place and time: Fri., July 23, Busta-Groove! (Dance Party); Fri., Aug. 6, The Delta Wires (Blues); and Fri., Aug. 20, E-Ticket (Oldies Rock & Roll).
According to organizers, the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos will also sell beer and wine during the concerts.
