San Mateo County Libraries will expand hours at most locations and expand services starting Monday, Aug. 2.
Effective on that date, the hours will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m on Monday and Tuesday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, at locations not in Pacifica, which will also have adjusted hours.
Currently, in-person services are offered Thursday through Saturday, but only curbside walk-up service is provided Mondays through Wednesday at most library locations.
San Mateo County Libraries operates 13 libraries in Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Millbrae, North Fair Oaks, Pacifica, San Carlos and Woodside.
