Authorities are investigating a gunpoint robbery in San Carlos that occurred Wednesday night.
At 7:36 p.m., San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 1900 block of Saint Francis Way on a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.
They learned a suspect brandished a handgun at the victim and stole the victim’s property before fleeing in a waiting vehicle nearby.
“The suspect vehicle was described as a gray Honda and was last seen traveling eastbound on Saint Francis Way,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
