The Museum of San Carlos History is inviting the community to the return of its annual Ice Cream Social on Saturday, Sept. 18.
From 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., families can stop by the museum at 533 Laurel Street for a sweet ice cream treat. The museum will be open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The theme of the event is “Peace, Love, History & Ice Cream,” and attendees who wear tie dye will get a special treat. The event will include raffle drawings for groovy prizes, music and fun activities for all ages, organizers said.
“Remember to wear your tie-dye! Saturday is unofficially officially ‘Tie-Dye Day in San Carlos,'” organizers said.
