A 63-year-old man was arrested today on suspicion of sexually assaulting two juvenile victims in Redwood City “as far back as the late 1980s and early 1990s,” police said.
Thomas Garcia, 63, was contacted by Redwood City police during a traffic stop and arrested on an outstanding $6 million arrest warrant in connection with the sexual assaults. He was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
Further details about the allegations and arrest weren’t immediately available.
