A 20-year-old man was arrested in Redwood City last week in connection with a sexual assault of an unconscious victim that occurred last summer, according to the Redwood City Police Department.
The crime reportedly happened in August 2021 and an investigation led to the identification of Joshua Meyers as the suspect, according to police.
Detectives obtained a $110,000 arrest warrant. On Wednesday, Dec. 29, Meyers was located at a residence in the 400 block of Ruby Street and arrested without incident, police said.
He was booked into the San Mateo County Jail on the warrant for sexual assault.
