Burlingame schools to no longer require masking outdoors

in Community/Education

Starting Feb. 14, Burlingame schools will no longer require masking outdoors, Burlingame School District Superintendent Chris Mount-Benites announced Friday.

In a newsletter, Mount-Benites announced that masking will be optional for students and adults at all BSD sites.

“Masking indoors continues to be mandatory at all times,” Mount-Benites said. “We will monitor this optional outdoor masking update closely and revisit the practice depending on community spread and county guidelines and provide you with updates.”
