Human remains were found in the San Bruno Mountain and investigators are trying to figure out who the person is and how they died.
San Mateo County Parks staff found the human remains on Tuesday, according to San Mateo County Sheriff’s Det. Rosemerry Blankswade.
“These bones appear to have been here for quite some time,” the sheriff’s office said.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office detectives and Crime Lab officials are investigating. No further details were immediately available.
