Two new stores, Philz Coffee and Dental 360, have swung open their doors, and Brow Station is opening soon, at San Mateo’s Hillsdale Shopping Center, expanding the shopping destination’s offerings in its main shopping center, as well as its outdoor North Block Plaza, according to the shopping center.
Craft drip company, Philz Coffee, officially opened to customers June 11 in the North Block Plaza opposite Palette Tea Garden, the shopping center said. Popularly known, the café specializes in serving sustainably sourced custom blends and ground-to-order, slow pour coffees, in addition to handmade toasts and bowls, hot breakfasts and baked goods. Also now open for business is Dental 360, located on the lower level adjacent to Andersen Bakery & Café, per the shopping center. The third new addition to Hillsdale, Brow Station, is opening soon and will provide customers with eyebrow shaping using threading or henna dye, the shopping center said. The business is situated on the upper level near the Dining Terrace. Call (707) 386-2468.
Hillsdale Shopping Center, located at Sixty 31st Ave. in San Mateo, has more than 120 stores and restaurants, including anchors Nordstrom and Macy’s.
