An 11-year-old boy is being praised after finding a wallet that contained a large sum of cash and credit cards and contacting police.
The Redwood City Police Department posted two images Sunday as shown above — one of the boy who found the wallet, and one of the appreciative owner whose wallet was returned to him because of the boy’s good deed. Officer Diana Villegas tracked down the wallet’s rightful owner.
“Nice work Young Man!!” the Police Department stated on social media.
