A 33-year-old San Carlos man was arrested early this morning on suspicion of molesting a minor at his home in October, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
Leonardo Rivera, 33, is accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl on Oct. 28 at his home. The child, whose relationship to Rivera wasn’t revealed in the preliminary police statement, reported the incident to her mother who contacted law enforcement. Rivera was arrested following an investigation, and detectives believe this is an isolated incident.
