A traffic stop involving a juvenile driver in San Mateo on Tuesday led to the seizure of a large amount of drugs, including 2,300 LSD tablets, 6.5 pounds of mushrooms, over 1,000 bags of THC gummies, 42 pounds of cannabis wax and three pounds of marijuana, police said.

In addition, officers located “$38,986 in cash, Bitcoin key, scales, packaging material, a replica firearm, a firearm silencer, and loaded firearm magazines,” police said.

Officers conducted the traffic stop at 3:35 p.m. and found the juvenile driver to be on active probation. A search of the vehicle yielded marijuana for sale and cash, while all other illegal items were located during a probation search, police sad.
