A 26-year-old Redwood City man was found with fatal gunshot wounds in a parked car in East Palo Alto on Tuesday, police said.
Menlo Park Fire District personnel located the man, whose identity is not being released until his family members are notified, unresponsive in a vehicle parked along the sidewalk in the 100 block of Jasmine Way at about 9 p.m. The victim was found to have sustained gunshot wounds, police said.
He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
