A man was arrested on suspicion of discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling in North Fair Oaks on Sunday night, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
At about 10:11 p.m., deputies responded to the 2700 block of Devonshire Avenue on a report of gunfire, the Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.
An investigation led to the arrest of Luis Varga, a North Fair Oaks resident, on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and maliciously and willfully discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling, the Sheriff’s Office said.
