in A&E/Community

The Community Foundation of San Carlos is collaborating with Devil’s Canyon Brewery to host “Pride Night,” Fri., June 17 from 4-9 p.m. The brewery remains open until 10 p.m. that evening.

Set to take place at the brewery, located at 935 Washington St. in San Carlos, the family-and-dog-friendly event looks to bring together neighbors “to celebrate and honor our friends and family who identify as LGBTQ+,” according to the foundation.

Pride Night will feature live music from Olivia & Friends from 6 to 8:30 p.m., regaling the gathering with “country hits and hottest top hits of the decade,” per the brewery. Food trucks serving up their specialties that night will include: Curveball, Bobcha, Saigon Street Food and Rincon del Cielo. Games and a kid-friendly area will also add to the festivities.

“Come and celebrate Pride month with us to encapsulate a welcoming environment for all,” stated the brewery about Pride Night on its event page. The foundation also offered a reminder to community members to be sure to stop by its booth at the event.

Launched in 2019, the foundation’s mission is to perform strategic philanthropy to create and amplify sustained and measurable impact for the San Carlos community. Learn more here.
